Gentlemen, I take off my hat to those who were and still are involve in developing this great tool of NROI-PHI presentation. It shows that we are indeed the best in the world.
Ray, you make us proud.
Cheers,
Chepit |

Dear Sir;
My name is Curt moeller, I have been shooting IPSC in Ontario
Canada since October 2005 and I am 13 years old. Today is a
snow day so I have decided to get some information from around
the world. In Phillipines are juniors allowed to become certified
Range Officers? I am not sure why but in Ontario Canada this
is not allowed. I put a post on IPSC Global Village and so far
Ontario seems to be alone. I know there are places that do
not allow juniors but when we can qualify to compete should
we not also be encouraged to educate ourselves to the level
of a range officer? I hope you can shed some light on this
from your side of the world, it may help me argue the rule in
Canada. |
